Haven't brushed my hair yet.
Just kicking back in my armchair.
I worked all week, so today I am really resting myself. Nothing but TV, video games, and books. XD No cleaning until tomorrow, and no going outside unless the building catches on fire. My blinds are up, so I’m getting lovely sunshine, but no heat (it’s actually cool enough that I turned my AC off, it’s just blowing regular air now). I wouldn’t mind going somewhere, but I am too broke to buy gas, so. XD I ended up having to buy a new battery for my car, as the old one was bad (I suspected as much, she’s been having trouble starting for the past month), which was $90. Then I went to the grocery store and bought food, since I was so low on essentials (cereal, milk, etc), and that pretty much ate up all my money until my paycheck from this past week comes in. I’m fine, though. I mean, I have food and a working car (if not any gas in her), and plenty of things to knit, Netflix to watch, video games to play, so I am not complaining. It’s not like I’m the only person living paycheck to paycheck!
Part of me is contemplating possibly making cookies. The only catch is that I don’t have any oatmeal or any kind of chocolate or butterscotch chips (my go-to things for making cookies). However, I have plenty of sugar, flour, baking soda, and butter, so I’m sure I could figure something out. Perhaps something involving peanut butter (I haven’t eaten any since I had my gallbladder out, but I still have an unopened jar). Ah, well. We shall see. X3
