I’m feeling moderately better today. Not that great, but okay enough to go out. I went to the doctor to get her take on what’s wrong with me. The short answer? No idea. The long answer? No idea. XD I can’t really blame her, a history of asthma, a possible sickness that doesn’t seem to be responding much to steroids or antibiotics, a general feeling of perpetual “lump in the throat” aren’t much to go on. She did give me a portable nebulizer, though, so if I ever get to the point I was on Saturday, I can treat myself and not have to go to the emergency room. Unless I feel like absolute death tomorrow morning, I’m planning to go to work. I’ve spent most of today in my armchair, not lying in bed, so I figure I’m probably at least well enough to sit in an office chair, with the stipulation that everyone stay away from me and whatever mysterious illness I may or may not have.
I didn’t vote today. I don’t have any excuse other than once I got done at the doctor’s, I felt like death warmed over. I hope all you guys voted, though. My general take on things is that if you don’t vote, you don’t get to complain about shitty practices in your state/county/city, so I’ll attempt to refrain from hating on Ohio for the rest of the year. Honestly, I could give two shits about Ohio, I’m just going to move away from it as soon as I can possibly manage, I only wanted to vote because I like being able to complain about politics. I just didn’t have the energy today for anything aside from the one outing I made. I didn’t even go to the pharmacy to pick up the nebulizer meds she called in for me. I drove home and collapsed in my armchair.
So yeah. Here’s hoping tomorrow I feel a bit better.
